Recipies:
All recipies I add here will be alphabetized by catagory (example: desserts, salads, main dishes...etc). This is a work in progress!

Dessert--"Ice Cream Cake"
Directions: Combine a 14 oz. can of condensed milk, 16 oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup, and 1 stick of margarine in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla, mix. Place in refrigerator and let cool completely. Make the cake crust by scaping and crushing 24 Oreos cookies (I like more ;-) ) and spreading them at the bottom of a 13x8 inch pan with 1/4 cup melted margarine (stir it with Oreos in the pan). Freeze for 30 minutes. Remove pan and add the half gallon of ice cream (slice it up out of its container and press on top of Oreos). Freeze for another 30 minutes. Remove the pan and add the mixture from the saucepan that you made earlier. Freeze again for 30 minutes. Remove and spread a small container of Cool Whip on the top. The cake needs to freeze for at least 24 hours before eating. Yes, it's an involved (and somewhat expensive) process...but trust me, it's so worth it!

Dessert--"No Bake Cookies"
Ingredients:
3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup margarine (one stick)
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
4 Tbls. cocoa
Directions: In a large bowl place the oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. You do not need to mix it, when we add the other ingredients it will be easier to mix. Set aside. In a medium sized saucepan, melt the stick of margarine on medium-high heat. When it is mostly melted add the milk, sugar, and cocoa. Mix well and bring to a boil. Allow the mixture to boil for one minute and then imediately remove from heat and add to the contents of the large mixing bowl. Stir well and drop spoonfuls on waxed paper. The cookies will harden as they dry and should be ready to eat in about 15 minutes to half and hour. Store at room temperature in an air tight container.

3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
