This is the first layout where I made the images completely myself and it also had my first image map. This layout was on my geocities personal site and also on my site when I got hosted.

This one was my first time using big tables for entire pages. I liked it just OK, but the colors got old really fast. Plus it just wasn't very interesting and the navigation was too abstract.

"Starting Simple" (Timidity.org)--October 12 to October 29, 2001
This was the first layout I had on timidity.org. I was a bit too simple, but I was so eager to open my new domain that I just whipped up something fast until I had more time I make something better...I didn't intend to keep it for long and I didn't.

"Let the Silliness Begin" (Quiet Chaos)--From October 16, 2001 to January 15, 2002
This layout reflects my lighter, nutty side. I wanted to do something a bit more fun for once and that wasn't so serious. I had fun with it, although I was never really happy with this as a whole. Still, very enjoyable.

"Untitled" (Timidity.org)--October 29, 2001 to January 12, 2002
This version featured a cute little "timid" kid, which I thought fit the theme for my domain perfectly. I used simple colors: black, white, and grey to give it a classic look which I really enjoyed.

"Not all who wander are lost" (Timidity.org)--January 12, 2002 to February 16, 2002
This version was inspired by "Lord of the Rings" and features some scans I made with Elijah Wood as Frodo and the rest of the Fellowship from the movie. I also included quotes from the movie and from the first book in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy.

My final layout for my personal site, Quiet Chaos. I liked the layout but the reason I had it for so long is that I just never got around to updating this site, so I closed it. I used some downloaded brushes to make the random image.

My least favorite of all my layouts for this domain so far. It had too much pink and the text was too hard to read.

"Purple Rose" (Timidity.org)--March 27, 2002 to June 5, 2002
I liked this layout for it's simpleness...easy to read, easy to navigate. Plus, purple is my favorite color. I particularly liked this shade, very calm and relaxing. I will probably make another version like this layout in the future because I like the whole style of it.

This is the best layout I ever made and used it forever. The rainbow image was made entirely by me and inspired by a scene I saw in the sky once.

A fine layout, I liked the originality of it, but the popup window was really too small and it got annoying after a while...otherwise I would have kept this one up longer.

Whoa, this layout was up too long, but distractions in life kept me from changing this one out as soon as I would I have liked (as well as an unfortunate case of "creative block"). This layout was nice and the graphics were made totally by me, but I need more color than this usually.

"Cityscape at Sunset", September 13, 2003-March 16, 2004
I was very proud of this layout, I pixelated the entire cityscape by hand and then added the sunset behind by mixing various colors in PSP. I think it looked cool, although if I had to do it again I would make the buildings in the cityscape a little bit different. Oh well!

Another fully pixelated and also animated layout by me. This was another one I was proud of. I had pixels of my entire family...me saying "blah, blah, blah,", my two dogs wagging their tails, my husband, and my three kids in the middle, popping their heads up every now and then to check things out. It was pretty cool if I do say so myself!

"Timidity.org in a box", June 18, 2004-March 18, 2005
For this layout I pixelated some stacked boxes and used an iframe for the content. It wasn't really that complex but for some reason it was a pain to code! Even though I was never completely pleased with it, I sure kept it up for a long time. I suppose I just got used to it and started to like it more (it grew on me).
