Total Randomness

I was at a stop light today waiting to turn left behind another car, also waiting to turn left.  The light for oncoming traffic turned red, ours turned green, and the car in front of me started to move.  She then had to slam on her brakes in order to not get hit by the moron running the red light.  Here’s the irony:  in the adjoining parking light was a police car, watching for speeders.  I thought for sure the red-light-runner was toast…but the police car did not move an inch or do anything.  Talk about disappointment, the police are finally at the right place at the right time and still the morons get away with being morons.  Is there no justice in this world?

I could write about more randomness…but I don’t think anyone wants to know about the girl I saw out in public yesterday with a skirt so short you could see her butt cheeks.  She kept pulling her skirt down…I wonder why?  Note:  if you wear a skirt and feel a constant need to pull it down, it’s a sign–your skirt is too short, duh!  I want to wash my eyeballs out with soap though, I really didn’t want to see her butt cheeks.

Those are my random thoughts for the day.  I should really get some sleep now, don’t you think? :P

I know how you feel, there are so many instances where I’m thinking, “Where is a cop when you need them?” Even when they’re there they don’t do anything. Considering that is usually the case, it is however, very nice when karma comes back!

The other day I was on the freeway and was being tailed by some dude in a covertable Mercedes. Eventually I was able to get over in another lane so he could pass on by, but in order to do so I had to speed up. Later on down the freeway I see a bike cop get on to pull someone over. As I pass by, it’s none other than the jerk in the Mercedes that was tailing me earlier. KARMA! :D

I heart random posts!

Cops here are pretty strict when they’re around. But i see so many jerks run through stop signs. And since I’m a walker, (no license for me!), i often have to jump out of the way! It drives me crazy, cause anywhere they’re going, they’re going to get there quicker than i will to my destination. Bah! Crazy drivers!

And about the girl?? I think it’s a problem w/ today’s generation. Kids are so “used” to seeing that kind of nonsense on TV, that they think it’s normal. I won’t even wear skirts above the knee! I feel so old fashioned ~_~

I feel for you Joni. I have seen the same thing many a times. It still upsets me.

As for the skirt, I agree with Christine. My skirts & dresses are all ankle length, but that is my choice. I feel more comfortable in them then in ones shorter. I am such a tomboy, lol.

We have things like that happen all the time around here. =’] Some drivers are so stupid. And the skirt thing seems familiar too, except we get it in school. xD

Amen, Joni. I also hate the low rise pants with accompanying thong/butt crack out the back — haven’t they learned yet because that is SO last year!
